Love’s Labor Lost

A puzzle comedy, with thick humor, misunderstandings and games of verbal competition unfolds before us in a place of unfulfilled love.
We worked in the direction of embodied speech, towards the unification of speech and movement. Leaving everyday life's automatizations and habits outside, we created space and time to enter a world of as much availability as possible and let things happen. Like the characters of the play, who enter a dreamy environment, in the forest, which is full of eroticism, passions and desires, with a different temperature and other conditions, forbidden. With conditions which create another energy in the body, preparing it to open and be charmed by the other. The other who it admires and with whom it seeks to unite. The body contracts, twists, struggles and agonizes, but ends up exposed and ecstatic towards Eros. Eros who disturbs, overturns plans, deviates and awakens. Eros which is ultimately a revolutionary act.
